Description

The course has everything you need to know to get started designing with automation in MachineBuilder, Vention's free-to-use, web-based CAD software. It's broken down into 6 distinct modules for you to build a solid foundation using actuators along your automation design journey.

Objectives

Learners will gain practical expertise in designing automated systems in MachineBuilder, starting with fundamental actuator types and proper selection for applications. They will explore key automation components and streamline setups using the Configuration Assistant. The course covers detailed design with linear and rotary actuators, as well as integration of conveyors and robotic systems, including controllers, mounting, and accessories, enabling learners to build functional, automated designs with confidence.
